Below we are pleased to present you another job offer for the position: furniture factory employee - work for men in an upholstered furniture factory.

About our client

Our client, for whom we carry out the order as a responsible subcontractor, is a very modern workplace employing over 1,500 people. It carries out its production in newly built production halls, thanks to which employees can count on very good working conditions. Excellent social facilities will make you rest exceptionally well during your break. Material conditions are not the last advantage of working at our client's plant. The working atmosphere and high culture in relations with superiors will make working in this place a pleasure.

Position requirements

Depending on the current needs of our client for various positions, your responsibilities may include:

  • screwing metal elements to furniture frames (so-called fitting frames)
  • operation of the machine for assembling elements of furniture frames, preparation of elements, receiving ready furniture frames
  • loading and transporting ready and packed upholstered furniture
  • packing ready-made upholstered furniture in pairs, covering with cardboard boxes, wrapping and banding, protecting the furniture against damage
  • unloading carpentry racks, unloading from the car and placing the delivered ready racks in the warehouse
  • transport of ready-made furniture frames to upholsterers' stations
  • assembly of furniture frame elements, nailing wooden elements together with a pneumatic gun
  • production of furniture frame elements, operation of machines such as a combine harvester, Salvador, work most often in the second shift
  • sewing furniture covers
  • upholstering - applying foam, material to the frame of furniture, nailing the material to the frame with staples, checking the correctness of workmanship.

We offer

Depending on the department you will work in, the remuneration is as follows:

WAREHOUSE II 20.35 chord packing ready-made upholstered furniture in pairs, covering it with cardboard, wrapping and strapping it, protecting the furniture against damage
RACK MAGAZINE I 20.35 20.35 unloading carpentry frames, unloading from the car and placing the delivered ready frames in the warehouse
RACK MAGAZINE II 20.35 chord transport of ready-made furniture frames to upholstery stations
INSTALLATION 21.45 chord assembly of furniture frame elements, nailing wooden elements together with a pneumatic gun
carpentry shop 20.35 20.35 production of furniture frame elements, operation of machines such as a combine harvester, Salvador, most often 2nd shift work
SEWING ROOM 20.35 chord sewing furniture covers
UPHOLSTERY SHOP 20.35 chord upholstery - applying foam and fabric to the furniture frame, nailing the material to the frame with staples, checking the correctness of workmanship


Attention! Piece remuneration, i.e. for the number of pieces produced, depends only on the employee's capabilities. Monthly piecework wages are as follows: from PLN 3,400 net to PLN 7 000 net.

Additional information:

  • working time: 5 to 6 days a week, Monday to Friday: 8-10 hours a day, depending on demand, also work on Saturdays: 6 hours
  • shift work: possible work in the 1st and 2nd shift in the case of the carpentry department
  • form of employment: mandate contract
  • transport to work: provided, free of charge
  • accommodation: organized by us, paid by the employee (from 650 zł per month + utilities)
  • employee care: care provided by a coordinator who speaks your language
  • legalization of stay and work in Poland: possibility of obtaining a residence card/work permit
