Technician

Job description

Perform routine maintenance, repairs and inspections on our products, including, but not limited to, K9 self-propelled howitzers and Chunmoo missile launcher systems in accordance with service manuals;
Performing diagnoses and identifying equipment faults;
Carrying out repairs both in the service center and during business trips,
Cooperation with the service team to effectively solve technical problems,
Maintaining documentation related to repairs carried out,
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance and service plans for customers, in coordination with Customer Service Representatives and Hanwha Aerospace headquarters,
Collaborate with the customer service team to provide insights from the field, including customer feedback, and suggest possible product improvements.

Position requirements

experience in repairing and servicing military equipment;
knowledge of heavy equipment repair principles and experience as a service technician in a related industry, preferably in the defense or heavy equipment industry;
good knowledge of English;
ability to work both independently and in a team;
technical education;
readiness for business trips;
responsibility and scrupulousness in performing assigned tasks;
problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues;
knowledge of defense systems, equipment and their operation will be an additional advantage;
