We are looking for a person whose task will be to recruit foreigners to work in Poland. We are looking for experienced, qualified specialists. Recruitment specialists with well-known contacts in the world, who are able to propose new recruitment directions such as Vietnam, China, Central Asia, South America, Taiwan, Philippines

Job is to:

  • searching for candidates for work, mainly in the field of skilled workers (welder, fitter, upholsterer, CE driver, CNC operator)
  • establishing contacts with local employment agents
  • support in the visa process at the consulate and the e-konsulat system
  • periodically solving current problems related to the service of employed foreigners,

Position requirements

  • developed interpersonal skills,
  • experience in recruiting foreigners
  • good knowledge of the English language
  • knowledge of foreign languages
  • independence at work and the ability to solve problems independently,

We offer

  • remuneration: PLN 6,000 gross (trial period - 2 months)
  • after the trial period PLN 6,500 gross + rich bonus system (bonus for each recruited employee)
  • the bonus is usually from 30% to 100% of the basic salary
  • employment stability
  • working hours: from 8.00 to 16.00 (Monday - Friday)
  • nice atmosphere at work
  • form of employment: Employment contract
