WORKSOL Group is a company operating in the HR industry since 2009. From the very beginning, we specialized in recruiting employees from Ukraine. For three years, we have been successfully employing employees from Asia (Philippines, Indonesia) and South America (Bolivia, Peru, Mexico, Brazil) in Poland. We also delegate employees to work in other EU countries. We have recruitment offices in Warsaw, Wrocław, Dubai, Katowice, Gdańsk and Kępno, as well as recruitment partners in Colombia, Taiwan, China and Indonesia.

We are looking for a Tutor/Coordinator for Spanish-speaking and Asian employees - Tutor/Coordinador de empleados de habla hispana

Position requirements

Your responsibilities

  • care for Spanish-speaking and Asian employees;
  • direct cooperation with the client;
  • recruitment support;
  • hiring, firing, assistance with HR documentation;
  • organizing medical examinations, PESEL, bank account, family doctor
  • explaining the scope of responsibilities of employees at given job positions and occupational health and safety;

Our expectations

  • good knowledge of Spanish;
  • good knowledge of English;
  • good knowledge of Polish;
  • knowledge of English and Polish will be an additional advantage;
  • driving license with driving skills;
  • proficient computer skills;
  • experience in working in HR, sales or working in contact with people preferred;

We offer

  • remuneration: PLN 6,500 gross (trial period - 2 months) bonus for each employee under supervision

  • total remuneration from PLN 5,000 net to PLN 9,000 net

  • employment stability

  • form of employment: Employment contract

  • working time: from 8.00 to 16.00 (Monday - Friday)
