Job description

  • Design verification.
  • Verify engineering and vendor-documentation and give feedback to suppliers on lack of information and discrepancies.
  • Ensure that the building method is implemented in the EIT (Electro, instrument and Telecommunication) shop engineering
  • Divide up work packages so that one gets the best efficiency in the production.
  • Verify the location and installation and HSSE friendly design in the 3D-model, PDMS.
  • Follow up the Document Change Notice (DCN). Ensuring that the updated information is implemented correctly in ongoing work packages.
  • Prepare Electro, instrument & Telecommunication (EIT) work packages.
  • Verify interface against all disciplines (EIT, piping, structure, civil, HVAC, etc.), suppliers, subcontractors, production, and planning

Position requirements

  • Benefit with 5-10 years’ construction or engineering experience from offshore projects. Less experience may be accepted depending on relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational education within Electrical, Instrument, Mechatronics, Automation, Maritime or Offshore field
  • Good knowledge of English both verbal and written language
  • Familiarity with systems like MIPS, IFS, PDMS, PIMS, Aize is a benefit but not a must
  • FSE/FSH, First Aid and EX Certificate is a benefit
