WORKSOL Group is a company operating in the HR industry since 2009. From the very beginning, we specialized in recruiting employees from Ukraine. For three years, we have been successfully employing workers from Asia (Philippines, Indonesia) and South America ( Colombia, Bolivia, Peru, Mexico) in Poland. We also delegate employees to work in other EU countries. We have recruitment offices in Warsaw, Wrocław, Dubai, Kępno and recruitment partners in Bolivia, Taiwan, China and Indonesia. We deal with the legalization of stay and work of foreigners in Poland and EU countries.

Job is to:

recruitment of employees from South America ( Colombia, Bolivia, Peru, Mexico ) to work in Poland and the EU;
servicing employees posted to other EU countries;
cooperation with foreign agencies (intermediaries in the recruitment process);
handling the visa process;

Position requirements

good knowledge of the Polish language required
Very good knowledge of the Spanish language required
communicative knowledge of English required
experience in working as a specialist recruitment or HR manager;
experience in working with recruitment systems;

We offer

salary: PLN 5,200 gross + 10% bonus on sales value;
remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and skills (from PLN 5,000 net to PLN 8,000 net);
employment stability;
working time: from 8:00 to 16:00 (Monday - Friday);
nice atmosphere at work;
form of employment: employment contract;
