WORKSOL Group is a company operating in the HR industry since 2009. From the very beginning, we specialized in recruiting employees from Ukraine. For three years we have been successfully employing workers from Asia (Philippines, Indonesia) and South America (Bolivia, Peru, Mexico, Brazil) in Poland. We have our own recruitment offices in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kępno and abroad in Dubai (United Arab Emirates ), Santa Cruz (Bolivia), Jakarta (Indonesia) We provide our services as part of outsourcing (separating certain functions, tasks and activities from the company's structure and transferring them to an external entity) and temporary work. In addition, we deal with the legalization of the stay and work of foreigners in Poland (we provide services to the largest construction and assembly company in Poland - Budimex S.A.). We also successfully delegate foreigners to work in other EU countries. We employ over 450 employees throughout the country and Europe Union.

We offer work in Poland at various positions to all interested persons. Our company has been operating on the HR market since 2009. During these several years, several thousand people from all over the world have started working with us in Poland and Europe. Wymagania stanowiska

  • we require work experience from candidates (we prefer people with any qualifications)
  • knowledge of the English language will be an advantage
  • we are especially looking for:
  • All metal sector specialist like: welders FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding, GMAW, GTAW, SAW, CNC operators, pipe fitters, fitters, locksmith, CNC turners, varnishers.
  • Furniture specialities like:  upholsterers, seamstresses,
  • All construction specialisation like: bricklayers, plasterers, fixers, pavers, painters, electricians, CE truck drivers
  • Applicants should have a valid passport for at least 2 years and up to 40 years of age
  • Candidates must have a residence or a long-term visa in Kuwait allowing them to apply for a visa at the Polish consulate in Kuwait

Oferujemy

  • fully legal work in Poland on the basis of a work permit and a working visa

  • remuneration from 24 to 35 PLN per hour net for qualified employees (5,000 - 8,000 PLN nett per month)
