WORKSOL Group is a company operating in the HR industry since 2009. We supply staff to leading companies in Poland or carry out orders for them as a responsible subcontractor. Below we are pleased to present you another job offer for the position of: furniture upholsterer in an upholstered furniture factory.

About our client

Our client, for whom we carry out the order as a responsible subcontractor, is a very modern workplace employing over 1,000 people. It carries out its production in newly built production halls, thanks to which employees can count on very good working conditions. Excellent social facilities will make you rest exceptionally well during the break. Material conditions are not the last advantage of working at our client's plant. The working atmosphere and high culture in relations with superiors will make working in this place a pleasure.

Position requirements

Your duties will include upholstering furniture

The duties of an upholsterer include:
  • watch the film and see what your job will involve,
  • applying upholstery material to a previously prepared furniture frame,
  • appropriate pinning and stretching of the upholstery material, and then fixing it with an upholstery gun,
  • aesthetic finishing of upholstered furniture and its cleaning.

Our expectations:

  • experience in working as an upholsterer - a necessary condition,
  • manual skills,
  • efficient and fast hands,
  • no contraindications to standing work,
  • good physical condition,
  • no contraindications to lifting weights,
  • knowledge of Polish will be an additional advantage.

We offer

Remuneration:

  • during the meeting of furniture designs, remuneration: PLN 25.00 / hour. net.
  • after the end of the apprenticeship period, the piece rate: PLN 30.00/hour net (settlement according to the technological hour). The remuneration depends on the number of products produced, the time of their execution and the skills of the employee.
    Additional bonuses may be added to the remuneration in the amount of:
    - 5% - bonus for employee involvement,
    - 5% - bonus for the quality of manufactured products,
    - 10% - discretionary bonus from the business owner.

    The amount of remuneration together with bonuses after the apprenticeship period may amount to PLN 36.00 per hour. net (about PLN 6,500 - PLN 9,000 net).

Additional information: :

  • bonus: depending on the amount of remuneration earned (the higher the remuneration, the higher the bonus),
  • shift work: no shift work,
  • form of employment: mandate contract,
  • accommodation: organized by us, paid by the employee (PLN 400 per month),
  • employee care: care of a coordinator who speaks your language,
  • commuting to work: provided, free of charge,
  • working time: from 5 to 6 days a week, from Monday to Friday: 8-12 hours a day, depending on the needs, work also on Saturdays: 6 hours,
  • legalization of stay and work in Poland: the possibility of obtaining a residence card / work permit,
  • only for citizens of: Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Indonesia.
