Job description

- TIG 141 welding of aluminum elements of wagons and rail vehicle equipment
- selecting basic and additional materials for welding;
- preparing elements and materials for welding in accordance with technical documentation;
- performing welding operations using method 141 while maintaining optimal welding parameters;
- preparing surfaces, elements and parts for welding, welding, soldering and cutting by cleaning and beveling the edges, determining the relative position of the parts or appropriately fastening and marking the intersection;
- operating and maintaining welding, brazing and cutting devices and equipment;
- reading technical drawings and WPS

Position requirements

  • experience in welding with the 141 GTAW method
  • employees without experience in aluminum welding but good at welding with the TiG method, we will teach you free of charge
  • possession of a GTAW 141 aluminium welding certificate (in the absence of it, the possibility of paid 1,200 PLN)
  • determining the scope of welding works after reading the technical drawing;
  • setting the parameters of the welding apparatus in accordance with the WPS (welding procedure specification)
  • making welds in accordance with the assumptions of the WPS (welding procedure specification)
  • controlling the quality of the weld, before employment test in the workplace

We offer

  • we will teach people who have no experience in welding this material to weld aluminum
  • salary: PLN 33 net per hour (first 2 months)
  • salary: PLN 35 net per hour after two months of work
  • cost of housing for the employee PLN 700-800 per month (next to the workplace)
  • number of working hours: 10 hours a day, possibility of working on Saturdays, overtime possible (depending on customer needs)
  • two shifts: 06.00-14.00; 14.00-22.00
