Your personal data may be processed for future recruitment if you express your separate consent to such processing in accordance with the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. and the GDPR. Your data may be processed in order to pursue claims and defend against claims based on the premise of the legitimate interest of the administrator - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR.
