Your personal data may be processed for future recruitment if you express your separate consent to such processing in accordance with the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. and the GDPR. Your data may be processed in order to pursue claims and defend against claims based on the premise of the legitimate interest of the administrator - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal and expressing objection. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent you from participating in the recruitment process.
