Job description

  • Punch work on CPI equipment—EI&T cabinet
  • following up and preparing work that must be carried
  • Assist the production with solving of the technical problems which could occur during the execution of building- or installation work at a construction site
  • Assist the production with interpretation of drawings and job basis
  • Prepare work basis and documentation for technical solutions in cooperation with the shop engineering
  • Check location and installation are construction and HSSE friendly
  • Close communication with work leader (FIL), method, shop engineering, PRE, with more.
  • Continually strive for good HSSE performance throughout the work.
  • Interface towards IT/IS related to engineering register
  • Interface against all disciplines (EIT, piping, structure, civil, HVAC, etc.), suppliers, subcontractors, production and planning department

Position requirements

  • Relevant education: Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical, instrument, automation, mechatronics, offshore or maritime field
  • Experience as an electrician with DSB approval or automatician technician working offshore or at yards can compensate for relevant education.
  • Satisfactory references to earlier performances and capabilities to teamwork
  • Familiarity with systems like MIPS, IFS, PDMS, PIMS, E3D, Aize is a benefit but not a must
  • Knowledge of NORSOK or TR standards is a benefit. Knowledge of equivalent IEC standards could compensate for this.
  • Fluent in English – verbal and written
